The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to source and screen qualified caregivers including RNs, CNAs, and HHAs for our home care team in Greenwich, CT.

In-office role focused on high-volume scheduling, interview coordination, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. Strong communication, social media sourcing, and event attendance are valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.

• NOT remote. In office required
