The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, 1–2 years in customer service, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school graduate or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

• Caregiver roster management – maintain preferences and hours; ensure accuracy in all systems.
• Monitors caregiver performance to ensure quality service.
• Ensure ongoing caregiver compliance per state requirements and trainings.
• Proactively reach out to new caregivers to welcome and support them.
• Communicate with caregivers through regular touchpoints; provide recognition.
• Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and act on results.
• Handles caregiver questions and issues as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
