Clayton Homes is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through choosing a floor plan, options, and coordinating the home construction process. You will create a world-class home buying experience by assisting customers and following up to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales experience preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of homes to create added value.
