Job summary

Clayton is seeking an Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selections, options, and the construction process. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class home buying experience by building relationships and guiding prospects through every step.

The ideal candidate has some sales experience, strong verbal communication, and the ability to work in a team. Clayton offers a comprehensive benefits package and a commission-based earning potential as part of a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing (where required).
• Willingness to work Saturdays and a full schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan and options for their home.
• Coordinate the construction process and schedule with customers and internal teams.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects via the company CRM.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of homes to create added value.
• Maintain the sales environment and support merchandising and showroom appearance.
