Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant in the United States to help customers identify floor plans, select options, and coordinate home-building steps. This role focuses on delivering a world-class home buying experience and requires strong communication and relationship skills.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a base salary of 50k plus commissions, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service mindset required.
• Ability to learn regulatory requirements for manufactured homes and sales licensing.
• Comfort with CRM systems and coordinating multiple steps in the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate construction steps.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features to create added value.
• Set home-center visits from prospect database and converted leads.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and company events.
