Clayton Retail seeks a committed Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the home construction process. You will present display homes, demonstrate features, and convert inquiries to appointments as part of a team-driven sales approach.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship driven business-to-consumer sales preferred
• General understanding of the retail environment
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes
• Professional demeanor and appearance

Responsibilities

• Create a world class home buying experience by assisting customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process
• Present potential buyers display homes and demonstrate features and benefits
• Set home center visits by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments
• Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functions
• Team oriented, cooperative and collaborative, willing to work in a team environment
