Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to deliver a world-class home-buying experience by helping customers select floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will demonstrate features, build relationships, and drive appointments through a proactive, team-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, merchandising, and active participation in training and company events, with base salary plus commission and full benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a retail environment.
• Learn and comply with applicable manufactured home sales regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify a floor plan and options.
• Coordinate construction process to deliver a world-class home-buying experience.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to potential buyers.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects using the CRM.
