Job summary

Clayton Home Retail in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a motivated Home Consultant to guide customers through the process of selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating construction to bring their future home to life.

This full-time role offers a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, with unlimited earning potential. You will work in a team, learn mortgage concepts, and represent Clayton with integrity.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of relationship driven B2C sales experience.
General understanding of the retail environment.
Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons.
Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)
Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Create a world class home buying experience assisting customers to identify floor plans and options.
Coordinate the construction process and schedule showings.
Maintain CRM files and follow up with prospective buyers.
Set home center visits and convert ads and web leads to appointments.
Participate in sales meetings and training.
