Job summary

Clayton Homes in Texas is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the home construction process. The role emphasizes a world-class home-buying experience and proactive follow-up with prospects.

You will leverage CRM to manage prospects, maintain showroom presentation, and participate in sales meetings and training opportunities. Compensation includes a $50k base plus commissions and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships in a consumer sales cycle.
• Experience in retail/home-sales or similar environment.
• Understand licensing requirements for manufactured home sales.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the manufacturing/construction process for new homes.
• Set appointments and convert leads from calls and web inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to maintain files and nurture relationships.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation as needed.
