Job summary

Clayton Retail is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through choosing floor plans, options, and coordinating construction at our home centers. You will demonstrate homes, set appointments, and build lasting customer relationships using our CRM system.

This role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to move and lift items as needed. We offer a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers identify a floor plan and options, and coordinate the construction process.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to prospective buyers.
• Set appointments from prospect databases and web leads.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up via the CRM system.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and assist with related duties.
