Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating the construction process, creating a world-class home buying experience.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, leveraging a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, with opportunities to grow earnings and advance within Clayton's values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with licensing and legal requirements for manufactured home sales.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and scheduling for home deliveries.
• Maintain customer files and follow up via CRM system.
• Set and convert leads to home-center appointments.
• Participate in sales meetings and team training.
