Job summary

Clayton in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Home Consultant to create a world-class home buying experience by guiding customers to select floor plans and options and coordinating the construction process.

This full-time role offers a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, with ongoing training and opportunities to increase earnings based on performance. You will work on-site at our home centers, with Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate the construction process.
• Set home center visits and convert ad calls/web leads to appointments.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits to create added value.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and company-sponsored training.
