Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers identify floor plans, select options, and coordinate construction.

As a full-time team member in Tulsa, you will demonstrate homes, set appointments, follow up with prospects, and support merchandising and training. A $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan is offered, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to walk lots, show homes, and lift items up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and comply with licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Demonstrate model homes and present features to add value.
• Set appointments via CRM and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with merchandising and sales teams and participate in trainings.
