Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will demonstrate homes, set appointments, and follow up with buyers using the CRM system.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, strong communication, and teamwork, with a base salary of $50k plus commission and a path to higher earnings through performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Able to work Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Able to walk the lot and show homes.
• Move and lift furniture up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and scheduling.
• Set appointments from ads and web leads.
• Demonstrate homes and features to buyers.
• Maintain customer files and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom appearance.
• Participate in sales meetings and training.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment.
