Job summary

Clayton is hiring a Home Consultant to create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate construction.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-driven sales skills, knowledge of retail environments, and the ability to work Saturdays. Clayton offers a base salary of $50k plus a lucrative commission plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales experience in a consumer setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing; learn and comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process for customers.
• Set appointments with prospective buyers using CRM and leads.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain customer files and timely follow-up with prospects.
