Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southeast US, focusing on expanding OEM and distribution channels and building strong customer relationships within the territory. The role requires 5+ years of outside sales in the power supply sector, travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

You will work with factory teams to ensure program success and deliver compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Proven experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and product development familiarity.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales business plan to achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct client visits, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide account management from technical development through production.
• Collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and account status updates.
