Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD in a home-based, full-time permanent role. This position offers a competitive salary ($100,000–$115,000 per year), a monthly bonus, sign-on bonus, paid mileage, and a flexible schedule with no weekends and a capped caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in ABA.
• Experience with ASD and other behavioral needs.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and professionals.
• Ability to pass background check.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design ABA plans.
• Provide training to RBTs and care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy services as needed and train families.
• Maintain accurate progress records.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
