Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Raleigh, NC for a full-time, permanent position. You will design and oversee ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other needs, collaborating with medical professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Minimum 3 years of ABA experience required. The role offers a guaranteed bonus, a $25K sign-on, relocation options, a capped caseload, no weekend work, and comprehensive benefits including a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience with ASD.
• Ability to design ABA programs and supervise RBTs.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and other direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
• Conduct parent training and ongoing support to families.
• Maintain accurate client progress records and documentation.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
