Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote, home-based role serving families across multiple service areas in the United States. The position offers a capped caseload, generous PTO, and a sign-on bonus, with a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, create and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and monitor progress through data analysis. Ability to travel locally and work autonomously is valued.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel locally.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) in the home setting.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
