Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote, home-based role with a capped caseload and sign-on bonus. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus potential bonuses, with a stated salary range of $100,000–$130,000 per year.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families, with strong clinical oversight and data-driven decision making. Travel within a defined local radius is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel locally.
• Strong communication skills with families and caregivers.
• Passion for hands-on, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in the home setting.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
