Job summary

Jobot is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-home, remote roles across multiple service areas in the United States. This position offers a capped caseload, generous sign-on bonus, and a base salary in the $90k–$120k range with additional bonus opportunities.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and track progress with data-driven methods in family homes, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred or strong interest in in-home services.
• Ability to travel locally and manage a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication with families and caregivers.
• Passion for hands-on, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in the home setting.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
