Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Charlotte, NC, to design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD. This full-time role offers a capped caseload, no weekends, and a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed bonus plus a $25K sign-on.

As part of the team, you will supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services when needed and train families.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and pursue ongoing training.
