Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in home-based ABA is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in the home.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
