Jobot is seeking a BCBA for remote home-based in-home ABA services with a capped caseload and sign-on bonus. The role offers a base salary in the $100,000–$130,000 range per year, plus potential bonuses, and supportive leadership to drive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.
• Passion for hands-on, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in home settings.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
