Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a home-based, full-time role. The role emphasizes data-driven practice and collaboration with medical professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $115,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized ABA plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services as needed.
• Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
