Job summary

Jobot in Riverside, CA seeks an experienced BCBA for a home-based, full-time permanent role to design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD. You will work with medical teams to ensure high-quality, individualized care and maintain a capped caseload.

This position requires at least 3 years of field experience and offers a monthly bonus, sign-on bonus, paid mileage, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, training families, data-driven treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with ASD and other behavioral needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design intervention plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services and parent training.
• Maintain accurate client progress records.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
