Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a home-based, full-time, permanent position in California with paid relocation and a sign-on bonus. The role focuses on designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other needs, requiring at least 3 years in the field.

The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, collaborate with medical professionals, and maintain rigorous data-driven progress documentation while adhering to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification current.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or other behavioral needs.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Knowledge of current research and best practices in behavior analysis.
• Ability to handle high responsibility and maintain confidentiality.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
• Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and documentation.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
