The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a dedicated Christmas Kettle Program Assistant in Spokane to support kettle operations, data entry, and daily record-keeping. This role requires attention to deadlines, accuracy in time cards and deposits, and strong communication with donors and staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Must pass TSA background check.
• Must possess valid Washington State driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare kettle worker hiring paperwork to be passed to prospective workers.
• Set up kettle worker profiles and enter daily time card data into the Kettle Program database.
• Enter daily deposit slip data and file those forms.
• Answer phones and work in the Kettle Operations Office as needed.
• Assist with written and oral communication with clients, the public, and donors.
• Contact individuals and/or companies to support the kettle campaign.
• Assist the Kettle Coordinator and other staff with other duties, including filing, copying, scanning.
• Must be proficient in typing, data entry, organizing, and filing.
• Maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations.
