The Salvation Army is seeking a Kettle Assistant to support bell ringing and logistics for the Christmas campaign. You will handle data entry, kettle routing, and logistics, reporting to Corps Officers, with a mission-driven team environment.

This seasonal role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and a commitment to the Salvation Army mission. Prior customer service and comfort working with diverse groups are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Must be of good moral character and able to interact in a friendly and compassionate manner.
• Candidates must pass the pre-employment background inquiry and annual motor vehicle check with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Significant customer service-based experiences will be considered in lieu of.

Responsabilités

• Data entry and use of Register to Ring to coordinate kettle sites and scheduling.
• Assist with transportation of kettles and bell ringers to locations.
• Answer kettle operations inquiries from bell ringers and site staff.
• Work with corps officers to address kettle issues.
• Sort kettle funds and deliver to the bank as needed.
• Maintain positive work atmosphere and professional communication practices.
• Maintain compliance with Safe from Harm certification.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
