Responsibilities include coordinating sites, entering totals, payroll for bell ringers, and assisting with transportation and inquiries. Local travel is required and the position is temporary through December 24th.

Qualifications

• Must have good character and be able to interact warmly and compassionately.
• Candidate must pass pre-employment background inquiry and annual motor vehicle check with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; customer service experience considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kettle sites and routes using the Territorial platform (Register to Ring).
• Enter kettle totals daily and process payroll for paid bell ringers.
• Assist with transportation of kettles and bell ringers to locations.
• Field kettle inquiries from bell ringers, sites, drivers, and others.
• Address kettle issues in partnership with corps officers.
• Sort kettle funds and deliver to the bank as needed.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with professional communication.
• Comply with The Salvation Army’s Safe from Harm certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
