Qualifications

• 5+ years of community association/property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience and team-building ability.
• Coordinate multiple projects with time management and judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication with all levels and homeowners.
• Handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretion.
• PCAM certification and Nevada Manager Licensing required; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to office staff, onsite teams, vendors, and service providers to meet Board objectives.
• Manage daily operations to ensure responsive, service-oriented resident experiences.
• Draft communications for the Board and ensure alignment with governing documents.
• Oversee budgeting, variances, and financial projections with the Finance Committee.
• Plan and supervise maintenance of common areas and capital projects.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor bidding, and contract negotiations with the Board.
• Support Board meetings with reporting, updates, and agenda preparation.
