Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a General Manager to oversee HOA administration, budgeting, procurement, contract relations, accounting, and maintenance across a broad property portfolio.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in community association management with supervisory experience and strong leadership. Bachelor’s degree preferred; CCAM CMCA designations desired. Monday–Friday, on-site in California.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building strong teams.

• Strong administrative, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee administration for the HOA/Association, staff, and vendors.
• Draft and review correspondence per Board policies and maintain records.
• Direct and organize all office operations and staff schedules.
• Ensure insurance coverage aligns with governing documents and review periodically.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgets with the Board and Finance Committee.
• Review financial statements, invoices, and ensure proper budgetary tracking.
• Establish vendor lists and manage procurement for trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Draft RFP specifications and coordinate with Board and counsel for proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate maintenance plans for common areas and negotiate with contractors.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and guidance on salary actions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
