The Community Manager will lead multiple Boards, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships, reporting, and compliance, while upholding Seabreeze’s service standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HOA or related roles, strong communication, and licensing in Nevada; CCAM/CMCA/AMS designations are desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HOA/industry.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Customer service-driven and highly communicative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of project, budget management and strategic goal development.
• CCAM® and/or CMCA®/AMS® designations desirable; Nevada licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple Boards of Directors in developing operational strategy and reporting to the Boards.
• Maintain client relationships by serving as liaison between Boards and the management company.
• Develop fiscal policies, review financial reports and adhere to budgets.
• Oversee the bidding process for third party vendors and procurement.
• Monitor delinquencies and oversee collections.
• Prepare annual budgets and Board meeting agendas and reports.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, codes and obligations; maintain records.
