Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience with team leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing budgets.
• Ability to understand financial statements and reserves.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and board interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and board-aligned operations.
• Draft and respond to correspondence per Board policies.
• Direct office operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure insurance coverage per governing documents.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgets.
• Monitor budget variances and procurement processes.
• Pre-screen and train office staff; conduct performance appraisals.
