Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead homeowner associations through strategic planning, budgeting, and governance. The role emphasizes building strong Board relationships, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial communities.

Candidates must have 3+ years in HOA or related management, strong communication skills, and Nevada licensing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HOA or related property management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CCAM® and/or CMCA®/AMS® designations desirable.
• Nevada Community Manager Licensing required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boards of Directors in developing the overall operational strategy; monitor and report status.
• Maintain client relationships as liaison between Boards and the management company.
• Develop fiscal management policies and review financial reports and budgets.
• Oversee the bidding process for third party vendors.
• Monitor homeowner assessment delinquencies and oversee collection efforts.
• Prepare the annual budget by analyzing prior expenditures and needs.
• Administer governance policies and ensure compliance with CC&Rs and codes.
• Maintain communications and records; prepare agendas and board packages; attend meetings.
