Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is a full-service property management firm with offices across the West. We seek a seasoned General Manager to oversee HOA portfolio operations, budgeting, contracts, and governance. You will lead staff, manage vendors, and ensure high-quality community association services.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in community association management, strong leadership, and solid financial acumen. Bachelor's degree preferred; CCAM/CMCA designations are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in building teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines with diplomacy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors and suppliers to meet Association goals.
• Draft correspondence per Board policies and HOA rules.
• Direct office operations and staff schedules.
• Monitor insurance coverage and review as needed.
• Maintain relationships with general counsel under Board guidance.
• Review timesheets and personnel records to ensure compliance.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgets with the Board.
