The candidate should have 3+ years in HOA or related fields, strong communication skills, and familiarity with budgeting and contract management. Nevada licensing is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in HOA, city government, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Customer service-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of project management, budgeting and strategic goal development.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• CCAM®, CMCA® and AMS® designations desirable; Nevada licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boards of Directors in developing operational strategy and goals.
• Maintain client relationships; liaison between Boards and management company.
• Develop fiscal management policies and review financial reports and budgets.
• Oversee bidding processes for third-party vendors and payments.
• Monitor delinquencies and oversee collection efforts; manage annual budget.
