Job summary

You will supervise office staff, coordinate with counsel, and ensure financial controls, while driving service excellence and compliance with governing documents and CMCA/CCAM designations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; effective in motivating and building teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain Association goals.
• Direct and organize all office operations and staff schedules.
• Review and approve employee timesheets and maintain personnel records.
• Assist with the creation and monitoring of annual operating and reserve budgets.
• Manage procurement, contract relations, and maintenance oversight for associations.
