Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two‑ or four‑year college degree preferable.
• Minimum three years general administrative experience; previous industry experience highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets scheduled and walk-in visitors and directs to appropriate area or person in a professional manner.
• Answers and screens the office telephone; directs calls accordingly.
• Takes detailed messages and prioritizes emergency repair requests.
• Reads and routes incoming mail; attaches files to be answered by the Community Manager.
• Maintains association records and homeowner correspondence; assists with all administrative functions.
• Maintains databases and updates websites with meeting dates, agendas, minutes, rosters, and events.
• Coordinates repairs with contractors and homeowners; uploads documents to internal systems.
• Assists with clubhouse rental processes and calendar updates.
• Supports new home buyers and real estate professionals with required documents.
