Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• Strong supervisory and team-building abilities.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Proven vendor relations and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and operations to meet Board goals.
• Assist in creating and monitoring annual operating and reserve budgets.
• Draft specifications and manage procurement processes and change orders.
• Prepare and review bids and contract proposals with Board and counsel.
• Review journal entries and approve payments per budget lines.
• Plan and supervise maintenance of common areas and amenities.
• Screen, train, and supervise association office staff; conduct performance reviews.
