The ideal candidate has knowledge of management practices, accounting procedures, and Association CC&Rs and Bylaws, along with excellent communication and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferable.
• Minimum three years general administrative experience; previous industry experience highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greets scheduled and walk-in visitors and directs to appropriate area or person.
• Screens office telephone and directs calls accordingly.
• Takes detailed messages and prioritizes emergency repair calls.
• Reads and routes incoming mail; maintains files and records.
• Supports the Community Manager with homeowner requests by phone, in person, or online.
• Organizes and maintains association records and correspondence; updates documents.
• Maintains databases and updates the company website with meeting information and events.
• Assists with coordinating repairs with contractors and homeowners.
• Uploads documents to My Seabreeze and assists with clubhouse rentals.
