Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; capable of motivating and leading teams.
• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to meet Association goals as directed by the Board.
• Draft correspondence and manage Board-related communications per policies.
• Direct and organise all office operations and staff schedules.
• Review insurance coverage and liaise with general counsel as needed.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgeting with the Board and committees.
• Review, approve, and monitor Association budget accounts and variances.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor vetting, and change orders for projects.
• Prepare bid specifications and review open RFPs with the Board and counsel.
• Monitor accounts payable and ensure proper budgeting is followed.
