Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple projects.
• Strong math, analytical, and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors and suppliers to meet Association goals.
• Assist with annual operating and reserve budgets; monitor variances.
• Draft and review RFPs and contract proposals; ensure Board approval.
• Review and approve financial statements and payments; monitor accounts receivable.
• Coordinate maintenance planning for common areas; supervise vendors and contractors.
• Pre-screen and interview candidates; train and supervise staff; conduct wage research.
