Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a General Manager to oversee the homeowner associations and commercial properties in its portfolio.

The role focuses on governance, budgeting, procurement, and vendor relations, ensuring service levels align with the motto “People, Performance, Passion.” The General Manager will lead office staff, coordinate with the Board of Directors and counsel, review financial statements, and implement best practices across administration, maintenance, and contract

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience; able to motivate and build teams.
• Strong coordination of multiple projects and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain Association goals.
• Draft correspondence per Board policies and HOA documents.
• Direct and organize all office operations and staff schedules.
• Manage insurance coverage and liaise with the Association's counsel.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating and reserve budgets.
• Review and approve budget variances and spending.
