Qualifications

• Experience with HOA operations preferred.
• Strong time management and confidentiality are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Clear written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner and service orientation.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance required.
• Willingness to work after hours for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, materials and assistance to homeowners.
• Perform compliance checks, document violations with photos.
• Issue violations referencing property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Track and coordinate the fine process.
• Review architectural requests for proper submission.
• Respond to resident calls and emails professionally.
• Submit work orders to maintenance staff and vendors as needed.
• Receive and process assessment payments and deposits.
• Greet residents, guests and vendors entering the office.
