CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator in Texas to deliver outstanding resident services within a master-planned community. You will handle inquiries, conduct property inspections, issue deed-violation notices, document findings, and support the Architectural Review process with homeowners.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong time management, excellent communication, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property drives and inspections.
• Issue violations with reference to maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph, and record violations.
• Assist homeowners with Architectural Review.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
• Respond to resident inquiries via phone and email.
