Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high customer service while handling inquiries and providing information on HOA documents and violations. You will support architectural reviews, process applications, and enforce standards for a master-planned community.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and a flexible schedule to meet site needs, including evenings or weekends, with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Professional, adaptable with strong time management and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; CAM license preferred (Florida within six months).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of the deed restrictions with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.
