CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high customer service in resident inquiries and manage HOA information. The role involves property inspections, documenting violations, and guiding homeowners through architectural reviews.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and able to communicate clearly, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends and a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

• Professional and adaptable with strong time management and confidentiality.

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and commitment to customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may require personal vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• CAM license preferred (needed in FL, GA, NV within six months if hired).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with reference to maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
