Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is hiring a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high levels of customer service for residents of master-planned communities. You will handle inquiries, document violations, guide homeowners through the architectural review process, and prepare committee applications.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as determined by the Community Manager.

• Strong written and oral communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of the deed restrictions with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.
