Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with CC&Rs and Design Guidelines to preserve community value.
• Educates homeowners and assists with submittals and compliance processes.
• Maintains records of compliance through investigations and follow-up reports.
• Prepares notices for violations and related documentation.
• Performs routine property tours/inspections to ensure guideline compliance.
• Responds to homeowner questions regarding notices and architectural responses.
• Coordinates documentation on appeals for committee/board review.
• Develops and uses a tracking system to ensure timely compliance.
• Collaborates with staff and third-party vendors as needed.
